To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules during your stay at Apartments Emilia.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is generally possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place by 10:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Please inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance.

Maximum occupancy

The apartments may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the reservation.

Quiet hours

Apartments Emilia is located in a quiet residential area.
We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and night hours.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Children

Children are welcome. Baby cots for children aged 0–3 years may be available upon request.

Care of the apartment

Guests are kindly asked to treat the apartment, furniture and equipment with care and leave the apartment in a tidy condition at check-out.

Damages

Any damage to the apartment or its furnishings must be reported as soon as possible.

Responsibility for personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
